Meet Chad

I am a solution-focused therapist, who has been in the behavioral health field for 20 years and practicing therapy for 13 years. Together, let's unpack your concerns, woes, problems, fears, and symptoms. As a Licensed Master Social Worker with a strong clinical background, I will empower you to manage your distress and help you navigate through this messy thing called life. Therapy is designed to reduce your distress and eliminate feelings of stigma, brokenness and inadequacy.  We all have our own struggles and we all need help at times.

I am an eclectic therapist, who uses a broad range of therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are. As a trauma-informed therapist I will help you work through your shame, increase your capacity to heal, expand your skill set in coping with your symptoms, and enhance your ability to let go and focus on what you can control. I will provide a safe space to process your emotions through my caring, warm, relatable, and empathetic approach. Together, we will find the solution. My goals include helping you heal and become increasingly empowered to find strength, peace, resolve, and reduce symptoms by trusting the process.

My passion is helping people help themselves. To see true change, healing and transformations happen, and to know I helped in that process is very rewarding. The hope I have for my clients is for them to let go of the old and to build anew, creating the person that they want to be.  We will accomplish this by getting rid  of the incompatible parts of, and become a new version of yourself that we design and work towards. I hope to help you find your drive, inner peace, motivation, self-confidence, and purpose.

I hope to see you soon and I am confident that my approach will help you go from a state of dis-ease to ease, disconnected to connected,  and dysregulated to regulated. I strongly believe that the only way out is through. Let's get through this together!  I'm here for  YOU!

Trust the process, and trust my ability to guide you through the parts you are currently avoiding.  I am here to help you succeed and  create the version of yourself that you are looking for.
