Meet Samantha
I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to meet you where you are, without judgment, and work alongside you as we better understand what you’re experiencing and identify strategies that fit your life, needs, and goals.
My own experiences with mental health and seeking support played an important role in drawing me to this field. I understand how meaningful it can be to have someone come alongside you during difficult seasons, and I wanted the opportunity to provide that same kind of support to others.
I attended Grand Canyon University, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Childhood and Adolescent Disorders.

My professional and clinical experience has allowed me to work with a wide range of clients and concerns. I have worked within intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs serving both adolescents and adults. During my clinical training, I also worked with children, adolescents, adults, and couples and gained experience addressing a variety of mental health and substance use concerns.
In addition to individual work, I have facilitated therapeutic groups focused on areas such as empowerment and reducing anxiety. These experiences have helped shape my belief that therapy should be individualized—there is no single approach that works for every person.
Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’re considering trying again after a previous experience, it is completely normal to have reservations. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to achieve before we begin.
We can take things one step at a time and start wherever feels most comfortable for you. I encourage you to ask questions, share concerns, and tell me when something doesn’t feel right. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I want you to feel that you have a voice in the work we do together.
My hope is that, through therapy, you begin to feel more confident in yourself and less alone in what you are facing. I want therapy to be a space where you can genuinely be yourself, feel supported, and work toward meaningful goals at a pace that makes sense for you.

A Little More About Me
Outside of the therapy room, I’m more adventurous than people often expect! I enjoy learning and trying new things—even when I’m not completely confident at first. I believe there is something valuable in being willing to step outside of what feels familiar, stay curious, and continue growing.
