I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that provides individual therapy and trauma-informed care to adults and couples. I understand how living in an ever-changing world full of demands, responsibilities, and relationships can be tough. I am here to encourage you to embrace life’s changes and overcome obstacles you may face by enhancing the strength that is already inside of you.
People seek therapy for a variety of reasons. These reasons may be due to trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief and loss, or just needing someone to tell your heart’s innermost thoughts to without fear of judgement. Everyone has a story to tell and a journey to navigate. I am here to help you tell your story and assist in learning skills to live life confidently.
