I implement evidence-based practices and utilize CBT, DBT, REBT, Solution-Focused therapy, EMDR, Trauma Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to meet the unique needs of the men and women I treat. I take a holistic approach by seeing all people as creative, resourceful, and whole. Everyday I show up with the intention to inspire my clients to believe in themselves again. I whole-heartedly believe that everything changes when we believe in ourselves. Genuine and authentic self love can be fleeting and if you allow me, I will help you get there and stay there indefinitely.
