Meet Mary

I empower and support people by introducing solutions to attain continued recovery from substances and cooccurring mental health issues. I believe I was put on this earth to inspire, motivate, and support others  to reach their full potential . I know it's a difficult and often painful road ahead. Rest assured, from this moment on you are not alone.  I will be there to help guide and teach you the skills you need to grow beyond your addiction.

I am  a Licensed Associate Substance Abuse Counselor (LASAC), and I am passionate about creating a compassionate and supportive environment for my clients.  I relate to them, which facilitates a collaborative space that fosters longterm recovery.

MS, LASAC
Addictions & Substance Abuse Counselor

I implement evidence-based practices and utilize CBT, DBT, REBT, Solution-Focused therapy, EMDR, Trauma Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to meet the unique needs of the men and women I treat.   I take a holistic approach by seeing all people as creative, resourceful, and whole. Everyday I show up with the intention to inspire my clients to believe in themselves again.  I whole-heartedly believe that  everything changes when we believe in ourselves. Genuine and authentic self love can be fleeting and if you allow me, I will help you get there and stay there indefinitely.
