Meet Sherry
For over 15 years, I have walked alongside individuals and families as they navigate some of life’s most complex and painful struggles. My work spans all levels of care, supporting those facing eating disorders, addiction, trauma, and relational distress. Early in my career, I began asking a deeper question—why do these struggles take root in the first place? Through my work with clients and their families, a clear pattern emerged: beneath many of these challenges were disruptions in early childhood development and unresolved wounds within the family system. This realization became a turning point, shifting my focus from treating symptoms to understanding and addressing the deeper origins of pain.
Instead of focusing only on behaviors, my work centers on the emotional and relational experiences that shape identity, safety, and connection. I committed to exploring how early environments impact attachment, self-perception, and coping—often before individuals grasp their experiences. Over the years, I pursued advanced training and depth-oriented clinical work, helping clients move beyond surface-level change toward meaningful, lasting transformation in which patterns are understood and healed.
I believe healing goes beyond eliminating symptoms—it restores wholeness. Many carry invisible burdens: internalized beliefs, emotional pain, and wounds from unmet needs. My approach is compassionate and direct, offering support while challenging clients to grow. At the heart of my work is respect for the resilience of the human spirit. When individuals have the right environment, support, and insight, healing becomes profoundly transformative.

I grew up in a home where there was chaos and a very dysfunctional family system which gave me the drive to heal myself, become educated, and eventually help others learn that there is freedom from within through self discovery. With a personal understanding of how a chaotic childhood can create a lack of self esteem and self identity, I am able to help my clients to begin to recognize how it is all playing out in their lives today in the form of dysfunctional relationships and addictions. I guide them through the process of exploring, and oftentimes discovering for the very first time, the core issues that have brought them to where they are right now. Through this work, we establish healthy ways to move beyond these issues so they can finally heal and live the life they have always hoped for.
