I am an EMDR trained telehealth therapist with a strong background in addiction, trauma, and mental health recovery work. I have extensive experience working with adults, families, and couples as they navigate the road to change. As a therapist, I help clients find inspiration and motivation in a life of healing and hope, while helping others to create a life worth living.

After overcoming my own personal battles with addiction and trauma, I decided to go into the field of helping others with their mission to make healthy changes in their lives. I love helping people identify the core causes of their problems, and work together to resolve them. The most exciting part of my role as a therapist is in seeing my clients eyes as they begin to understand why they do the things they do and in turn their intrinsic sense of direction and resolution reappears; for some appearing for the very first time in their life. I strive to create a safe and trusting place for my clients that empowers them to let their guard down without any judgement whatsoever.
