Meet Angelina

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus in Sociology and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. For nearly 10 years, I have worked in the behavioral health field, serving diverse populations across a variety of settings, including hospitals, treatment centers, and community mental health organizations.

My passion for this work comes from a deep belief that healing and growth begin with the relationship we have with ourselves. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, gain insight, and build the tools needed to navigate life's challenges.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals during some of their most difficult and transformative moments. It is truly an honor to witness the courage, resilience, and growth that emerge when people commit to their healing journey.

If you're hesitant about starting therapy, you're not alone.  Taking that first step can feel uncomfortable, especially if you've never been to therapy or if you've had a past experience that didn't feel helpful.

My hope for every client is that they learn to have faith in themselves.  Therapy isn't about having all the answers or knowing exactly what you need before you begin.  It's about giving yourself the opportunity to explore, grow, and better understand who you are.

I believe you are worth committing to.  You deserve the same care, time, and investment that you so often give to others. If you're unsure, I encourage you to commit to yourself and give it a try.  Try something new, or give therapy another chance. If it doesn't serve you, that's okay—no harm, no foul.

But the best-case scenario is that you discover strengths you didn't know you had, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and experience meaningful growth.  Sometimes the most important step isn't having confidence in the process—it's simply being willing to take the first step and see where it leads.
